Terms of use

These terms govern applications, accounts, and participation in MadeRelay, a service owned and operated by Technology Tailors, Inc.
Business network
MadeRelay helps applicants and participating suppliers evaluate potential white-label, resale, affiliate, and supply relationships. Applying does not guarantee approval, product access, sales, income, exclusivity, or a supplier relationship.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Application details, business information, public channel links, and supporting evidence must be current and accurate. We may request verification, decline an application, suspend access, or remove an account when information cannot be verified or is misleading.
Independent decisions
MadeRelay review does not require a supplier to work with an applicant. Each supplier independently controls products, pricing, order quantities, branding options, capacity, lead times, approvals, and commercial terms. Review those terms before committing money or representing a product.
Product origin claims
Participating suppliers must offer at least one product made in the United States and must accurately describe and substantiate the origin of every product they submit. Participation does not mean every item in a supplier's broader catalog is entirely U.S.-made. Sellers and affiliates may use only the product-specific origin language approved for an opportunity.
Affiliate conduct
Affiliate access is available only after approval. Affiliates must follow applicable advertising and endorsement rules, disclose material relationships, use approved product claims, and avoid misleading, deceptive, unsolicited, or unlawful promotion. Attribution, commission rates, validation, reversals, and payment timing are governed by the applicable offer terms.
White-label and resale activity
MadeRelay does not require a minimum launch budget or launch deadline to apply. Product costs, samples, branding, packaging, inventory, fulfillment, marketing, taxes, returns, and customer obligations remain subject to the agreement between the relevant businesses.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse accounts, scrape private catalog or applicant information, evade access controls, interfere with the service, infringe intellectual property, submit fraudulent activity, or use MadeRelay to violate law or another party's rights.
Service and liability
The service may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, MadeRelay is provided without implied guarantees, and Technology Tailors, Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the network or independent supplier-partner transactions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms as the service develops; continued use after an effective-date change means you accept the revised terms.
