MadeRelay is owned and operated by Technology Tailors, Inc. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit, apply, or use a MadeRelay account.
Information we collect
We collect the account, contact, business, audience, sales-channel, and application information you submit. Passwords are stored as secure hashes rather than readable text.
We also process limited technical information needed for sessions, security, rate limiting, affiliate attribution, and service operation. This may include IP-derived hashes, browser information, referring pages, timestamps, and cookie identifiers.
How we use information
We use information to operate MadeRelay, review applications, evaluate partner eligibility, introduce relevant opportunities, prevent abuse, attribute affiliate sales, support orders and commissions, and improve the service.
Business, customer, audience, and channel details help us and participating suppliers evaluate fit. MadeRelay does not require a minimum launch budget, launch deadline, or audience size to apply.
Who can receive information
Technology Tailors, Inc. and service providers supporting hosting, databases, security, and operations may process information for MadeRelay. Approved profile information may be shown to participating suppliers evaluating a potential relationship.
Email addresses and phone numbers remain private during the initial supplier review unless you authorize contact or a relationship proceeds. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Cookies and measurement
MadeRelay uses essential cookies for secure sessions and may use affiliate identifiers for attribution. On public pages, we also use PostHog Cloud product analytics and privacy-masked session replay to understand page visits, campaign attribution, application progress, browser and device characteristics, and where the experience becomes difficult.
Analytics starts when a public page loads unless you previously turned it off or your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Text entered into form fields is masked in session replay, account dashboards are excluded from replay, and we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, or application responses as analytics event properties. Use Privacy choices in the footer to turn analytics off or change your choice at any time.
Retention and choices
We retain application and account information for as long as needed to operate the network, document business decisions, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may update profile information from your account.
To request access, correction, or deletion, write to the address below. Some records may be retained where required for security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
